How to Share Files Securely with EncryptionSafe
1. Create Share Files:
- Login to your EncryptionSafe account and navigate to the share menu.
- Click “Create Share Files.”
- Select the files you wish to share and create a sharing password.
- On the final sharing screen you will see the location of the shared files and the sharing password.
2. Share Files via Any Platform:
- Choose your preferred file-sharing platform – email, messaging apps, or others.
- Attach the encrypted files to your message or email. Encrypted files can be found in the folder: Documents/EncryptionSafe/Share.
- If the user does not already have an EncryptionSafe account, they will need to download the program and create their free account before they can open the files. Instructions for recipient are shown in point 4 below.
3. Share Password Separately:
- For maximum security, share the password separately from the files.

To open the shared files the recipient will need to set up an EncryptionSafe account.
- Download EncryptionSafe here: https://encryptionsafe.com/encryptionsafe.exe
- Create a free account.
- Download the encrypted files that were shared with you.
- The first time you try to open the files you will be promoted to enter the shared password.
- Once you enter the password you will have full access to the shared files and they will be added to your EncryptionSafe vault.
